This notice explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website, contact us or use our services, in accordance with Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR") and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended.
1 Data controller
The data controller is GET CS EB Consulting, VAT number IT14917330962, Italy. For any matter concerning your personal data you can write to privacy@getcsebconsulting.com. No Data Protection Officer has been appointed, as one is not required for this activity.
2 Data we collect
- Data you give us. Through the contact form or by email: name, company, email address, phone number, the content of your message and any attachments.
- Client data. When you become a client: contact and billing details, tax identifiers and the information needed to carry out the agreed work.
- Technical data. When you browse the site, the hosting provider's servers automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access and pages requested. This data is used only for security and to keep the site working.
Please do not send special categories of data (for example health data) unless strictly necessary for your request.
3 Purposes and legal bases

Your data is not used for marketing, newsletters or profiling, and no decisions are made about you by automated means alone.
4 Providing your data
Fields marked as required in the contact form are needed to answer you; without them we cannot handle the request. Optional fields can be left empty. For clients, data required by tax and accounting law must be provided to carry out the contract.
5 Retention
- Requests that do not lead to a contract: up to 3 months from the last contact.
- Contract, accounting and tax records: 10 years, as required by Italian law (Art. 2220 of the Civil Code).
- Technical server logs: kept by the hosting provider for a short period, normally no longer than 12 months, unless needed to investigate a security incident.
6 Recipients
Your data is not sold or disclosed to the public. It may be processed, only as far as needed, by providers acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR:
- website hosting and form-delivery providers;
- email and cloud productivity providers;
- electronic invoicing and accounting providers, and the accountant;
- public authorities, where required by law.

7 Transfers outside the EU
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case transfers take place only to countries covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission (including the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for certified US companies) or under the Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the Commission.
8 Your rights
Under Articles 15 to 22 GDPR you can at any time:
- access your data and receive a copy;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data erased;
- restrict processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent, where processing is based on it, without affecting earlier processing.
Write to privacy@getcsebconsulting.com; we reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority of your country of residence.
9 Cookies
This website uses only technical resources needed for it to work. It does not use analytics, advertising or profiling cookies, and it does not track visitors across other websites, so no cookie consent banner is required. If this changes, this notice and the site will be updated before any such tool is activated.
